I know, because this used to be my reality. I lived like I was walking a tightrope with no safety net for over a decade and it took being hospitalised for an acute back injury and nervous exhaustion to make me stop and find another way to run my life and business.
My own journey to finding fulfilment, joy and meaning from my work and adjusting my business to fit in with my life plans is the reason I became a coach.
I'm on a mission to help people like you get out of the overwhelm trap and enjoy life again.
